Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza, an amazing actress, has made a lasting impression on the screen. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mother in Columbus Ohio. De La Garza soon moved to Texas and studied in physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last very long in Texas before moving into Orlando Florida where she experienced a variety of acting roles that included local independent films as well as world-wide commercials. Even the small roles did not stop her from discovering that she loved acting. The year 2001 saw her move from the Midwest to New York where her first appearance was on the All My Children's daytime soap as Rosa Santos. During the early part of the 2000s, she appeared in small roles on JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she got her first role in a major series on the short-lived drama The Mountain. De La Garza had the privilege of working alongside some great TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. She was A.D.A. on Law & Order in 2006. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared on 85 episodes. Her next role was on the shorter-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. The character she played has earned De La Garza many nominations including Best Supporting Actress - Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards and even numerous ALMA Award noms. The National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her with the Impact Award, which is presented to outstanding performers in the drama show. A short moment later De La Garza was cast in CSI Miami in a recurring character. She played Marisol Delko, the wife of David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. As Dr. Lena Solis, she was last seen on NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm. After just two episodes it was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is Italian with a 10 year old younger brother called Cory. Her family was a religious and conservative family. Milano began her professional career when she was just seven years old. Her babysitter took her on an audition for acting. Four girls were selected out of more than 1000 hopefuls. Milano was featured in commercials on television and off-Broadway, including the American musical adaptation from Jane Eyre.
